All of our extracts are sourced from organic farms. Our banana extract is sourced from ecologically grown bananas from a certified farm in the Innisfail growing region.

We proudly strive to ensure our products are made from only the purest ingredients that are responsibly sourced and ethically formulated. Our products are free from mineral oils, parabens, petrolatums, PEGs, PPGs, MEA, DEA + TEA, silicones, phthalates, SLS/SLES, sulfates, colorants and fragrances.

Cold Liquid Extraction technology is the scientific process that we use to provide natural plant extracts that are active, stable, and work without the need for chemical synthetic agents, to provide maximum efficacy with gentle nourishment of your skin.

Yes. All Earth:en products are cruelty free.

All our products are safe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Our products are organic and natural, we are a clean beauty brand. However, whilst our products do not contain ingredients which we have found to be unsafe during pregnancy, we still recommend that you look at our ingredients lists (fully available on our product pages) and use at your own discretion. If you are still unsure, we recommend consulting with your GP or health care provider.

To keep our products fresh, we have a best before 6 months after opening recommendation.

Our products contain no synthetic fragrance. We use diluted essential oils at very low concentrations for our beautiful aromas. Essential oils offer incredible benefits for your skin and mood as well.

Since they are extracted from natural botanicals, they are a match made in heaven for people who are sensitive to synthetic fragrances. The gentle extraction process which is used, leaves you with a 100% pure essential oil, free of any synthetic fillers.

We do not use palm oil directly in any of our products, however there are a few ingredients we do use which are derived from palm.

We make sure to source our ingredients from suppliers who hold the RSPO Sustainable Palm Oil Certification. This ensures that it is sourced from growers who are committed to sustainable practices.

We currently ship Australia wide.

While our skin care is made using natural and organic ingredients, everyone's skin is different and may react differently to our range of products. We always recommend patch testing before use. If your order arrived damaged, we are so sorry. Please email our customer service team care@earthen.au within 5 business days and they will resolve this for you.

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product please email our customer service team care@earthen.au as soon as possible and they will try to resolve the issue for you. Unfortunately if our warehouse team has already dispatched the order, we can no longer cancel it.

If your parcel arrives and an item is missing or incorrect please email our customer service team care@earthen.au within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please include your name / order number / products received.

Once your order has been dispatched from our system you will receive tracking information via email. 

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can. Generally all orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delays may occur during peak times.

We know how important your skin care is, so we do our best to ensure orders get to you in a timely manner. Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse our delivery partner is responsible for its delivery. Australian Standard parcels allow 2 + business days. Australian Express parcels are next day delivery within certain areas. Unfortunately due to courier staff shortages next day delivery isn't always guaranteed.
